Bring your favourite dvd's/cd's to play in either the front or back living rooms. The family room has a reverse cycle air conditioner and the front lounge has a cosy gas heater, also there are fans in each room for when the sea breeze does not disperse the summer heat.
The rear family room opens out onto a private veranda which overlooks the big sunny garden; there is a four burner BBQ on the deck for your outdoor cooking.
