Ocean Hideaway cabins offer privacy amongst the tall gums and natural bush of the Woodlands Estate whilst being only a short distance from shops, restaurants, world class surf beaches and golf courses.

As there are only two cabins on one and half acres of land, your peace and privacy is assured. They offer tennis with equipment provided, relaxing rock pool and outdoor spa for those tired muscles and the peaceful atmosphere of the rustling tree tops while cooking up that special barbecue in the protected gazebo. There is off street parking with outdoor lights in the native gardens and plenty of space for a quiet read. Nature lovers would delight in the local bird life with many species on view.

All linen is supplied as well as continental breakfast provisions plus lots of extras including fresh seasonal fruit and chocolates. Each cabin offers queen bed, LCD TV, DVD, fridge, microwave, heating/cooling, and all the mod cons needed for that special weekend away.

Nearby, there are well known restaurants including "Oakdene" which was voted Best Winery Restaurant in Australia, the Dunes restaurant which is set amongst the sand dunes of the local beach which is great for morning and afternoon teas and light lunches while enjoying the great views to the Light House at Point Lonsdale and to the Barwon River and At The Heads Restaurant at Barwon Heads which is set on the river overlooking the surf beach, river and bluff at Barwon Heads.

Within a very short drive are many great golf courses including 13th Beach, Barwon Heads, Point Lonsdale, Queenscliff and Curlewis.

Ocean Grove Nature Reserve (143 hectare) is only a two minute walk from the cabins and with walking tracks throughout. There have been several sightings of koalas and wallabies on the property.
