This stunning 12 acre property is 288 metres above sea-level, overlooking Cape Otway and the magnificent Southern Ocean. Johanna Beach, well renowned fore its surfing and fishing is a scenic 5 km drive away, and is nestled amongst the southern slopes of the Otway Ranges. Hosts, Graham and Lisda Speight, offer you one of the most scenic and peaceful getaways one could ever wish for.

The property features a duplex cedar cottage building which provides delightful accommodation for a couple in either Fern or Cove Cottage. Cosy wood fires and corner spa's are features of either self-contained cottage, with an abundance of birdlife in the beautiful gardens. Pets are more than welcome to holiday with their owners, being able to stay inside with their family just like they do at home! For shorter stays, guests have a choice of either of the lovely private Bed and Breakfast Suites which enter onto a separate guest veranda. The Otway Spa B&B Suite is a three room suite on the northern end of the house with a large corner spa in the bathroom. The delightful Johanna B&B Suite is around on the west side of the house with views of Cape Otway, Southern Ocean and gardens. A generous continental breakfast, with delicious home-made bread, is provided daily.
