Apollo Bay Foreshore is where the action will be on Saturday 11
February when the community rolls out the picnic rug and welcomes
everyone to celebrate the best of seafood.
From 10am you'll find cooking demonstrations, live music, a
farmers' market featuring local produce, wine, beer and of course -
seafood galore!
Special guest MC Peter "Grubby" Stubbs will be hosting the day,
which promises to deliver family fun in spades. Bring your family,
your picnic rug, relax under the marquee and enjoy the line up of
demonstrations and entertainment. This includes live music from
artists featured at another local iconic event, the Apollo Bay
Music Festival.
Peter Sarda, owner of Café 153 is excited to be hosting one of
the cooking demonstrations.
"This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase the exceptional
quality of seafood found in Apollo Bay.
"We are passionate about local produce and serve only Australian
seafood at our restaurant," said Peter.
Chris Talihmanidis of award-winning Chris's Restaurant will also
host a cooking demonstration during the day.
