muMEcations offers exciting opportunities for Mums to get away for a weekend or an extended holiday to rest, relax and rejuvenate; ME-time for Mums.

Unlike usual health retreats, muMEcations encourages alcohol and sleeping in, you won't see any 6:00am yoga activities on their itineraries.
