Sky Pods are proud to announce the addition of two additional accommodation units called Sky Ships. These new extendable shipping containers are ceiling to floor glass viewing rooms. They are made from a 20 ft high-cube shipping container which has an extended insert that turns into 26 square metres of luxury off-grid accommodation incorporating a large front deck. Just like Sky Pods, they are totally off grid with their own solar array and battery bank.
Sky Ships are situated, set back, on the northern side of the property with extensive views of the Otways and Southern ocean.
They enjoy all of the luxuries that has made Sky Pods so popular. Each ship has an adjustable remote control queen size bed fully surrounded by floor to ceiling windows to take in the views.
A projector with a 100 inch screen and a Sonos blue tooth speaker to create an immersive movie experience. Free Wi-Fi allowing guests to stream or download any content.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern high quality appliances including a bar fridge, stovetop, microwave convection oven, Nespresso machine and smeg kettle and toaster. They are climate controlled with reverse cycle heating and cooling.
Sky Ships have walking access to The Great Ocean Walk, including Station Beach, Rainbow Falls, Aire River and The Cape Otway Lighthouse.
