The Great Ocean Walk is a one-way long-distance walk shadowing Australia’s Great Ocean Road in Victoria.
Engage your mind, body and soul as you weave your way through the Great Otway, and Port Campbell National Parks.
Each walk day is different and unique with nature’s drama unfolding at every step. Start from the resort town of Apollo Bay in the east and celebrate at the iconic Twelve Apostles near Princetown in the west. Choose from a collection of breathtaking walks, traversing windswept cliffs, wetlands, rivers and rugged secluded, wild beaches.
Step on and off the trail with convenience at car parks that link back to the Great Ocean Road. You can stay on-track at hike-in campsites or opt for comfort and luxury stays nearby.
There are hike itineraries of two, three or four days, or take the whole walk hiking up to eight days covering approximately 100km. Why not take a guided walk experience with a knowledgeable licensed tour operator!
Plan your walk, book your campsite/ accommodation and pack a Map –prepare and take the walk of a lifetime!
